Namaste Acupuncture shares its location and part of its clinical team with Healers of Motion Physical Therapy and Florida TMJ Physical Therapy Center. Those are separate practices with their own websites and their own terms. References to “the Practice” in these Terms apply to Namaste Acupuncture as the operator of this website.

3. Scope of Practice and Complementary Care
Our practitioners are Licensed Acupuncturists in the State of Florida and practice within the Florida acupuncture scope of practice. Acupuncture and Chinese medicine at our clinic are offered as complementary and integrative care, designed to work alongside the medical care you already receive. They are not a replacement for it.
Nothing on this website should be read as an instruction to stop, reduce, delay, or replace any prescribed medication, physician-directed treatment, or fertility protocol. Decisions about your medical care belong with the licensed physician managing that care. We are glad to work alongside your physician, reproductive endocrinologist, oncology team, or physical therapist, and we encourage you to keep them informed about any complementary care you receive.
Content on this website does not diagnose any condition, does not prescribe medication, and does not provide dosing, protocols, or specific formula recommendations for Chinese herbal medicine. Herbal recommendations are made only in person, by a licensed practitioner, after an individual evaluation.

However, we do not promise or guarantee any specific outcome, degree of improvement, number of sessions, or timeline for any individual, on this website or otherwise. Even though, based on our practitioners’ experience in the field of Chinese Medicine, the positive outcomes are pretty high for most of the patients.
Descriptions of our services and methods on this site describe what an approach is commonly used to support, not a promised result. Language such as “may help,” “is commonly used to,” and “can support” is used deliberately and should be read literally.
11. Fertility, Prenatal, and Oncology Content
Content on this website about fertility and prenatal care describes how acupuncture is used to support patients during a fertility journey, including patients undergoing IVF, IUI, or FET. It does not promise conception, improved success rates, or any specific outcome from an assisted reproductive procedure. Acupuncture is offered as support alongside the care directed by your fertility clinic, never as a driver of those results, and never as a reason to alter a prescribed protocol.
